I had the honor of meeting PH in April 2022, at the speaker series RMS Titanic inc. was holding in Orlando, Florida. I was so captivated by every word PH said. His drive, his passion, his enthusiasm, his love, and his care for Titanic was so inspiring. I had the opportunity to talk with him for quite a while after he spoke. He was so kind, he listened to me go on and on asking him all sorts of questions and he patiently and graciously answered all of them, I heard his wonderful stories, and he was very encouraging to me and was excited that I had a passion for the Titanic being as young as I was. He was also very gracious to sign the book on the recovery of the big piece. From the small moments I had of PH, he made a huge impact in my life. He was a huge blessing to me. He will be missed by me and so many others. He impacted the world of Titanic forever. I am so very grateful to him for his bravery and tenacity over the years of perusing his passion. I hope to be like him one day. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and close friends.
