I don’t normally post about things like this often but the recent news about the Titan Sub has got to me. Even though I‘ve never met him, I’ve been thinking a lot about Paul-Henry Nargeolet, somewhat of a childhood hero of mine. He was in the main responsible for introducing me to the world of Titanic and the obsession that followed, long before it was fashionable to have an interest in such things. The Titanic Community will be poorer without him and my heart goes out to the family. I only wish I could have met the man who fuelled my interest.
