Knowing PH since many years when he was officer in French Navy, deminer in Cherbourg close to where i live, and i already noticed his fascination for the UW world. I was myself a kind of apprentice wreck hunter and it was at this time a great honor for me to know him.
Then i saw him many times and and the chance to share with him our common passion, especially with PH Delauze from Comex in early 2000, and then about the Titanic story.
